1. How do I order my own buttons?

2. How can I order my own buttonsupplies and/or buttonmachine?

3. Can I use more than 1 design in the same order?

Of course, we don't charge for extra designs. If you wish you can order 100 different buttons for the same price as 1 x 100 identical buttons.

4. What are the shipping possiblities and shipping costs?

Little orders are send via postal services, larger orders and rush deliveries are shipped via UPS. UPS shipments arrive the working day after shipment. For shipments with postal services we can not guarantee delivery on a specific moment.

5. How can I pay?

We can offer you a few payment methods.
You can choose the following:

1. Prepayment via normal wire transfer or online banking
You can pay via a normal bank account after you receive our instructions. Once we have registered your payment we can ship your buttons.

2. Prepayed with Paypal

You pay the final total with a bank transfer or credit card via a Paypal-account. We can register the payment immediately after payment and we can ship the buttons.
After placing your order, we will send a Paypal payment request to you via e-mail.

3. Cash On Delivery If we ship with UPS C.O.D., you will pay the UPS courier the exact final total in cash. Shipping cost: € 28 excl. VAT

4. After receival of invoice
With this option, you pay after you have received the buttons and the invoice. Only companies with a correct VAT number can choose this option.

6. Can I change or adapt my order?

You can change or cancel your order only if production of your order hasn't started yet. Once production has started, cancelation is not possible anymore since the printed graphics are very specific for you. A cancellation fee has to be payed for the completed percentage of the project.

7. Can I trade my goods back in?

Custom buttons and buttonsupplies can not be traded back in. Machines can only brought back in according to the legal conditions.

8. Do you have special conditions for resellers?

If you are a reseller that regularly orders considerable quantities of buttons we can make you a special offer. Contact us if you think you might apply.

9. Who are you?

Ruben De Hert
One of the 'founding members' is Ruben, the full-time business manager. Ruben has a Masters degree in Applied Economics. He is also treasurer of youth club Den Trap in Waarloos.
